2. Eligibility Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of a jurisdiction where we operate. Additional requirements apply for specific products: accredited investor status for certain funds, minimum income thresholds for premium advisory tiers, and citizenship verification for international accounts.

3. Account Registration and Security: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses from stolen credentials.

4. Service Description and Availability: Save Capital Fast provides financial advisory, wealth management, insurance brokerage, and digital currency services. Specific features vary by subscription tier. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with 30 days' reasonable notice, except in emergencies.

5. Fees, Billing, and Payment Terms: All fees (advisory fees, subscription charges, transaction fees, wire fees) are clearly disclosed before you commit. We charge your chosen payment method automatically according to your billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Late payments may result in service suspension after 15 days' notice.

6. Investment Risk Disclaimer: All investments carry risk, including the potential loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Digital currency investments are highly volatile and may lose value rapidly. You should consult an independent financial advisor before making investment decisions.

7. No Guaranteed Returns: Save Capital Fast does not guarantee any specific return on investment. Market conditions, economic factors, tax law changes, and individual circumstances affect outcomes. Any statements about potential returns are estimates only, based on historical data, and are not promises or guarantees.

8. Prohibited User Conduct: You agree not to: misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware or viruses, harass other users, submit false or fraudulent information, violate any applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or interfere with service operations. Violations may result in immediate termination.

9. Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription anytime via account settings or by contacting support. Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions (full refund of fees paid). After 30 days, prorated refunds for unused months. Loans and insurance are cancellable before disbursement at no cost.

10. Intellectual Property Ownership: All content, logos, software, designs, trademarks, and trade secrets are owned by Save Capital Fast or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

11. User Content License: By posting reviews, comments, feedback, or testimonials, you grant Save Capital Fast a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, display, and distribute that content. You represent that you own or have permission to share the content. We are not responsible for user-generated content.

12. Third-Party Integrations and Links: Our platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Plaid for bank linking, Stripe for payments, DocuSign for signatures). We are not responsible for their actions, terms, privacy practices, or security. Your use of third-party integrations is at your own risk.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties: Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. Some jurisdictions do not allow warranty disclaimers.

14. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Save Capital Fast's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

15. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Save Capital Fast harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

16. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to resolve informally for 60 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to a jury trial and class actions.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The arbitration proceedings shall be held in USA. You consent to personal jurisdiction there for any permitted court proceedings.

18. Termination and Suspension: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns, or as required by law. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you remain liable for pending obligations and fees.

19. Changes to Terms & Conditions: We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be emailed to registered users 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You should review the Terms regularly.

20. Entire Agreement and Contact Information: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Save Capital Fast, superseding any prior agreements.
